Are you guys dealer only now?
-
How often are the price lists updated?
-
How long are these prices good for?
-
Since the price lists should be updated daily, most prices should be current when you see them.
Of course, all prices are subject to change, especially on particularly
hot items. Always confirm the price with your respective salesperson.
-
How do I place an order?
What kind of payment do you accept?
-
Credit Card (Visa, MC, or Discover)
-
Cash COD, unless other terms have been worked out. We cannot ship an order
Check COD unless you have filled out an approved credit application with
us, please contact your salesperson for a credit application.
-
PayPal
(when sending a payment via PayPal, please send it to ebay@edgeman.com
and reference your order number if possible)
-
Money order or
personal/company check, but be aware that we hold all checks over
$100.00 until they have cleared the bank. Also note that you must
receive an order number from a sales person before sending in payment.
This way you can be assured that the product you wish to order is
still available.
-
How quickly do you ship orders?
-
Speaking of shipping, do you charge for it?
-
Yes.
However, we do offer FREE SHIPPING on any order over $200.00 shipping via
UPS Ground, FedEx Ground or FedEx Express Saver. (some restrictions apply) Otherwise, a good
rule of thumb is $6 for the first box and $1 for each box after that, plus
$7.50 for any COD tags. On larger orders, the cost per pound is
cheaper so we'll make every effort to get an accurate shipping charge for
you. See our terms page for more info on
shipping details and costs

When I try to download the
price lists nothing happens, or I receive an error- why?
-
What do I do if there is
something missing from my order?
-
We try our best to insure
that your package is shipped out and arrives to your location
correctly, however, mistakes do happen. Here's a small checklist list
to help you figure out what to do if there is something missing from
your shipment.
-
Be sure that you keep
the box the product was shipped in and the packaging material if
possible (this is especially important if the outside packaging
appears to be damaged or tampered with)
-
Double check the
contents of the package against the attached invoice to make sure
that the item you believe to be missing is indeed on the order.
-
Call or email your sales
rep or our customer service
department as soon as you discover the error.
-
Most importantly, be
assured that we will correct the mistake as soon as possible and
make every effort to insure that something like this does not
happen again.
-
What do I do if I
receive damaged item(s) in my shipment?
-
You must try to keep the
box that the product was shipped in along with the packing material
inside. This is very important when trying to process a damaged
package claim with UPS or FedEx.
-
Call or email your sales
rep or our customer service
department as soon as you discover the error.
-
Be sure that you do not
sell the damaged product if you wish to be compensated for it. If we
are going to be sending you either a replacement or a credit, we will
also send a UPS call tag so that we can get the damaged product
back.
-
Very often we offer our
customer to keep the damaged product at a discounted rate. Be sure and
mention this to your sales rep if you think you may be able to use the
damaged item at a cheaper price.
-
Most importantly, be
assured that the problem will be taken care of at no extra cost to
you.
